As a skilled and dedicated neonatal nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our most vulnerable patients. You will work closely with families, carers, and a dedicated multidisciplinary team to provide family-centred care in a highly collaborative environment.
Our NICU is one of the largest and busiest in NSW, providing Intensive Care support for newborns requiring medical and surgical care in the HNE and Mid North Coast area. We are seeking nurses with experience in a Special Care Unit (SCU) or NICU, who are confident in caring for preterm and surgical neonates and have a strong foundation in advanced neonatal clinical skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Our successful candidate will possess the following:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse / Registered Midwife with AHPRA.
* Valid ANMAC assessment under ANZSCO ****** Registered Nurse (Critical Care and Emergency).
* Clinical expertise and strong self-direction.
* Adaptability and resilience.
* Empathy and emotional intelligence.
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth.
* Advanced clinical judgment and specialised neonatal knowledge.
