We're on the lookout for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused person to join our our team as a Customer Service Officer. Whether you're greeting guests with a smile, helping members with bookings, or keeping things running smoothly at reception — you'll be the face of our fantastic facility.
Working Monday to Friday, you will be required to work a variety of shifts consisting of an early shift - 5:15am till 1:15pm and an afternoon shift - 12pm till 8pm. You will generally be rostered to work 1 week of early shifts, followed by 1 week of afternoon shifts.
What you'll be doing:
* Welcoming and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
* Handling bookings, memberships, and general enquiries
* Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Leisure Centre
* Creating a positive and inclusive experience for all visitors
What we're looking for:
* A genuine love for helping people
* Great communication and multitasking skills
* Previous customer service experience (bonus points for leisure or fitness industry)
* Flexibility to work morning shifts and afternoon shifts
Pre-employment requirements:
* Current C class drivers licence
* National police clearance (within 6 months old)
* Proof of right to work in Australia
* Working with children check
* First Aid qualification
* Pre-employment medical (organised and paid for by the City)
