Site Administrator We are currently working with a Tier 1 mining company who is looking to engage a Site Administrator.
This is a key role within the team and will build on existing frameworks and processes to champion ongoing improvements and deliver quality.This is an immediate start for the right candidate.
FIFO from Perth Roster: 8:6 roster Responsibilities: Data Entry and General Administrative Support: Accurately input, update, and maintain various data systems and records.
Provide general administrative assistance across the department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of organisation and confidentiality.
Executive and VIP Support: Assist senior leadership with a range of administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Provide attentive and professional support for VIP visitors and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate logistics for corporate events, site visits, and hospitality requirements.
Reporting and Documentation: Generate, compile, and maintain regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and filed appropriately, contributing to data integrity and compliance standards.
Team Support – Production (Processing/Mechanical): Provide targeted administrative support to the Production team, specifically within the Processing and Mechanical units.
Facilitate communication, manage document workflows, and support the implementation of operational improvements.
Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a site administrative role.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software (e.g., SAP, WMS, SAMs).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physical tasks related to crib management.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adhere to an 8:6 roster.
