Key responsibilities:
* Act as the main client contact and build long-term relationships.
* Manage clear, professional communication
* Participate in internal and external project meetings and clarify requirements early.
* Oversee multiple projects within scope, time, and budget.
* Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and meet deadlines.
* Track scope changes and negotiate budgets and timelines.
* Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
* Follow up on feedback and ensure clear information flow.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
* Gather client feedback and resolve issues effectively.
Skills and experience the ideal candidate will bring to the role:
* Previous experience as a Client Account Manager
* Experience in the architecture, interior design and construction industries will be preferred
* Extremely professional in all situations with the ability to address and resolve client requests and conflict resolution
* Strong relationship building skills, and verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Highly organised and efficient
* Ability to multitask and prioritise competing priorities
* A desire to work collaboratively and take accountability
