We look for someone who:
- Speaks and reads English well-enough to have an daily working relationship with us and learn the KW models and systems
- Is a great entrepreneur with a track record of growing great businesses and lives in the country full-time.
- Has significant influence and validity in the local real estate market and is known among the local real estate leaders in key cities or areas of the country.
- Upon awarding of the region, this person will have a minimum of 20% ownership in the region and 51% of the voting rights among the ownership group.
- Understands the real estate market there and can help us adapt KW's models, systems, training, technology, etc., to the local real estate market.
- Is a cultural fit with KW and can be the face of KW for an entire country.
- Has a passion for bringing KW to their country.
**Introductory Phase**
- Initial inquiry questionnaire for submission and review
- Introductory skype call - explain process and identify opportunity
- KW Opportunity Webinar to overview KW culture, models, systems, training, technology and marketing
- Attend Franchise Systems Orientation (monthly opportunity)
- Attend one or more of the following KW events: *Family Reunion (annual opportunity in February)
Mega Camp (annual opportunity in either August or September)
- Begin assembling Core Group, including: investors, operating principals, regional leadership and regional team
**Application / Due Diligence Process**
- 30 - 60 days_
- Master Franchise Application submitted and reviewed
- Behavioral Assessment, Life Journey, and Future Self interviews completed for Regional Operating Principal
- Master License Agreement reviewed, approved and signed
- Fee paid
**Launch Phase**
- 60 - 120 days_
- KW Worldwide customization process begins: Training adaption consultations
Marketing adaption consultations
Technology adaption consultations
- Regional Launch Week Training in Austin for core regional group
- Local launch processes initiated by master franchisee and KWW support team
Pay: $100,000.00 - $280,031.87 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Real estate sales: 5 years (preferred)
