In this role, you will: Manage a diverse mix of insurance needs including SME Package, Plant & Equipment, Commercial Motor, Property, Liability, Financial Lines and Retail Products. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with your clients. Maintain high compliance standards with professionalism and ease. Actively seek out and secure new business opportunities with confidence. This is a high-volume role, requiring strong attention to detail, efficient time management, and the ability to balance competing priorities. You will report directly to the Branch Manager and play an important role in helping grow the performance of the Sunshine Coast branch. What You Bring to the Team We’re looking for a motivated professional with a proven track record in broking and a passion for client success. You’ll have: At least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance broking. Tier 1 or Diploma qualifications in Insurance Broking. A strong business development drive and a commitment to achieving results. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
