We are seeking a skilled Swim Teacher to join our team at Manning Aquatic & Leisure Centre in Taree, NSW. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to diverse ages and abilities with a strong focus on effective communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver swimming lessons to diverse ages and abilities with a strong focus on effective communication and time management skills.
* Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Energetic teaching style and excellent verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends with empathy for class needs.
* Independence and teamwork skills with minimal supervision required.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
* Current CPR Certificate.
* Working with Vulnerable People Check.
* National Police Check.
* Current Swim Teaching Certificate.
