The role

As an Apprentice Landscaper, you will work alongside experienced landscape professionals to learn the skills required to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces. You will gain hands‐on experience across a range of landscape construction activities while developing technical skills, industry knowledge, and safe work practices.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is eager to learn, and wants to build a career in landscape construction.

Your everyday

* Assist with planting trees, shrubs, and vegetation in line with landscape designs
* Support installation of hardscape elements including pathways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
* Learn to read landscape plans, specifications, and construction drawings
* Prepare and work with materials such as soils, crushed rock, and mulch
* Follow safety procedures, attend pre‐starts, toolbox talks, and site inductions
* Work closely with the team to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Attend trade school and actively develop landscape construction skills

Who are you?

* Strong interest in landscape construction and working outdoors
* Motivated to learn and build a long‐term career in the industry
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
* Good communication skills and a team‐focused attitude
* Physically fit and able to perform manual work
* Driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
