The role of Director, Financial Operations Management involves leading a team responsible for managing financial aspects of claims processing. This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement operational improvements.

* Develop and lead strategies for efficient financial management, including calculation and transactional activities
* Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team within Claims Operations, ensuring effective service delivery
* Liaise with senior management and other stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and implement new initiatives


Requirements

* Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field
* Australian criminal history check clearance
* Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance eligibility
* 6-month probationary period for new employees
