As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, returns, and maintaining inventory according to standards. You will also be expected to align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills. You should have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets. Additionally, you should have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
