We are seeking a strategic HR professional to lead our people function, driving business results through effective talent management, payroll coordination and compliance.
This part-time role is ideal for an experienced People & Culture Manager who enjoys variety, ownership and impact. You will work closely with senior leaders and support the Head of Operations & Marketing.
 * Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to build a steady talent pipeline.
 * Promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employment brand across various channels.
 * Partner with external recruiters when needed to extend reach and diversity.
 * Coordinate payroll changes and compliance with Finance support.
 * Simplify and streamline existing HR frameworks, policies and systems.
 * Oversee onboarding, performance reviews and learning and development programs.
 * Provide clear updates to the Executive Leadership Group.
 * Champion our company values and commitments as a certified B Corp.
 * Utilize our HRIS – Employment Hero – and Culture Amp to manage data, reporting and engagement.
The ideal candidate has recruitment experience and an eye for employment branding. They must be confident managing policies, compliance and payroll coordination.
