The Network Operations Service Delivery Lead is a mid-senior level position that oversees the delivery of network services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), timelines, and quality standards.
This role involves managing network infrastructure deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance, including routers, switches, firewalls, etc. Additionally, it entails coordinating service requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal performance and security of network services.
Client Relationships and Account Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients on service delivery and issues.
* Bid in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, aligning service delivery with their business objectives.
* Manage escalations related to performance, outages, and service issues in collaboration with clients.
Team Leadership and Coordination
* Lead a team of network engineers and support staff in achieving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Offer guidance, training, and performance management to ensure the growth and development of team members.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Routing and switching expertise (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) at Level 3.
* SolarWinds Orion skills at Level 1.
* Nexus switch knowledge at Level 3.
* Cisco ISE and DNAC proficiency at Level 3.
* Cisco Wireless expertise at Level 3.
