We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage enquiries, convert them into sales contracts, present fixed-design home packages and explain land + build processes. Guide buyers through financing steps & progress payments. Build strong relationships with buyers, referral partners & channels.
The role involves working closely with marketing & project teams to achieve & exceed targets. As a developer-direct sales representative, you'll gain priority access to new projects, strong marketing support, and a steady stream of qualified leads.
* Commission-only earnings with a stable retainer to support you as you build your pipeline.

About You
* Experienced in real estate, off-the-plan, new home, or house & land package sales (preferred but not essential).
