CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand. Our company designs, supplies and installs telecommunications solutions to help our clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets.
Your Responsibilities:
* Process medium to high volume invoices
* Create and assist staff with purchase orders
* Match PO's with supplier invoices
* Follow up staff and suppliers in resolving PO/invoice discrepancies
* Assist the accountant and accounts payable team with any ad-hoc duties
* Perform general administration duties and reception cover when needed
Requirements:
You will have previous accounts payable administration experience and excellent data entry skills. You will have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication skills. You will be able to work in a team environment while also working independently. Training on the company's accounting software will be provided, however, you will have good technical skills in order to pick up new skills efficiently.
