About The Role
Our goal is to enable business outcomes by delivering the best talent management and partnering solutions to our stakeholders. At a national level, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will leverage relationships with internal and external talent to support Network Insurance House's current and future resourcing needs. The team focuses on attraction, retention, employee engagement, and development.
Responsibilities
Manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an excellent candidate experience aligned with our brand and strategy.
Assist managers in scoping and compiling recruitment briefs and requests.
Prepare recruitment documents such as position descriptions, request forms, and interview guides.
Advise managers on recruitment and selection strategies.
Build trusted relationships within the business and develop a deep understanding of business goals to ensure strategic alignment in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics.
Provide market insights and advice to the business.
