We have a unique opportunity for an experienced real estate professional to join our team as an Administration and Marketing Assistant.
The Role.
* Design, develop and coordinate custom marketing collateral including brochures, flyers and booklets.
* Create quarterly marketing reports and materials to support agent strategies.
* Plan and execute targeted email campaigns.
* Ensure all content aligns with company brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing channels and materials.
* Liaise with both internal teams and external suppliers to produce high-quality, on-brand assets.
* Administration duties include assisting our operations team and sales team.
* Meeting and greeting clients, answering reception phone calls, and providing general administrative support as required.
