\About the Role:

This role contributes to city safety by coordinating public safety activities, preventing or reducing incidents, opportunities and fear of crime.
\
As a Project Manager, you will spearhead our Safe City initiative, leading security and public safety programs. This includes managing budgets, overseeing contracts, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure resident and visitor safety.

\Key Responsibilities:

* Champion security and public safety programs for the city.
\
* Mastermind budget management for security operations.
\
* Manage all security contracts related to the city.
\
* Lead procurement and tendering processes for the city's security needs.
\
\
\Requirements:
\
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor degree or significant operational experience in business management, accounting, economics or equivalent relevant security or people management roles. You also need a current Driver Licence and extensive experience in a relevant public safety or security profession, such as police or defence forces, with associated national security clearances.
