Residential Project Manager Job Description
The Residential Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless workflow, effective communication, and coordinated trade activities across our project management platform.
This position offers a perfect balance of autonomy, flexibility, and hands-on project leadership, providing opportunities to work remotely and on-site, including travel and a fuel card.

* Schedule team movements for upcoming weeks
* Develop internal budgets and cost forecasts against contract prices
* Pricing and approving variations for clients
* Conduct final walkthroughs with clients and manage client satisfaction processes
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clear instructions, drawings, and expectations to all trades
* Schedule and coordinate all subcontractors (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, painters, etc.)
* Ensure trades have correct plans, mark-ups, SWMS, and scopes before starting
