TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well‐established builder delivering a major $80M apartment project in South Perth. With construction commencing shortly, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full control of site delivery.
About the Role
You'll lead site operations from early works through to completion, coordinating trades, managing programme, and maintaining quality, safety, and delivery outcomes. You'll be supported by a strong project and commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all on‐site construction activities from start to completion
* Manage subcontractors, site teams, and construction sequencing
* Maintain programme milestones and construction schedules
* Ensure high standards across safety, quality, and compliance
* Coordinate closely with Project Managers and consultants
* Drive efficient site delivery on a large‐scale apartment build
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large residential or apartment projects
* Strong leadership style with the ability to manage complex sites
* Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and programme control
* Calm, solutions‐focused approach to site delivery
* Full Australian working rights
