3 Deep is seeking the immediate appointment of a passionate, experienced and highly motivated Senior Creative to join our Melbourne studio. This full-time, on-site role will contribute to the inception, development and delivery of key brand and marketing projects across our property, retail, fashion, and visual and performing arts portfolios. This is an opportunity for a senior creative who unites strategic thinking with creative excellence. On any given day the Senior Creative will unite strategic thinking with creative excellence. They will work to develop highly creative and intelligent outcomes that seek to move people and establish genuine and lasting desire for some of the world's most coveted brands.
About you
We are looking for a confident, curious and a design-driven Senior Creative with proven experience in a leading creative or design agency environment. You bring:
* 6–8+ years' experience in one or more world-class creative/design agencies
* Demonstrated ability to lead creative thinking and execution across complex projects/campaigns
* A refined design sensibility and strong conceptual capability
* Confident in working autonomously, paired with a collaborative, team-first mindset
* The ability to communicate ideas clearly, objectively and persuasively
* Calm focus under pressure, with strong time management and attention to detail
You are motivated by meaningful challenges, thrive across a broad range of briefs, and actively demonstrate the behaviours required to deliver exceptional outcomes—for clients, collaborators and the wider creative team.
