About The Role
As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end movement of stock through the warehouse, from receipt to dispatch. This is a physically active, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying fit, working on their feet, and bringing a positive attitude to their work.
You will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are prepared and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time, while supporting strong stock control, quality standards, and a well-run warehouse.
Key responsibilities
Customer orders and dispatch
* Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in line with procedures
* Load trucks safely and efficiently
* Provide a professional and friendly experience for customer pick-ups
* Support the Projects team with kitting, light assembly, and manual handling
Stock control
* Receive and reconcile stock from local and overseas suppliers
* Maintain accurate system records that match physical stock
* Rotate slow-moving or older stock to maintain usability
* Lead and support regular stocktakes and resolve variances
Quality control
* Complete quality checks on incoming stock when required
* Maintain quality documentation for traceability
* Manage the quarantine area for non-conforming stock
Warehouse operations
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
* Keep loading and driveway areas tidy and safe
* Follow all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
