About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Factory Hand / Labourer to join our team at Rad Hard Chroming in Rocklea, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will see you playing an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our engineering & hard chrome plating facility.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with various production and plating tasks
* Performing general labouring duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Following all safety protocols and procedures
* Reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor
* Working collaboratively with the wider production team
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar factory or labouring role preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
* Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the business
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
