About The Role
We are seeking a confident and compassionate Full-time Head Veterinary Nurse to lead our nursing team. You will work closely with the Business Manager and Lead Veterinarian to support clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient and client care.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the nursing team with empathy and professionalism
* Assist in surgical and medical procedures
* Oversee patient care, infection control, and clinical protocols
* Coordinate nurse rosters and training plans
* Support and maintain a positive workplace culture
* Liaise with clients to provide outstanding customer service and patient education
About You
* Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in small animal practice
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A proactive and organised approach to team management
* Passion for high standards in patient care and client service
* Experience in training or mentoring nurses is highly regarded
