Personal Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker to provide essential support and personal care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily living support to residents with respect and compassion.
* Assist with meal delivery, refreshments, and menu checks.
* Accurately document resident observations and report concerns to the clinical team.
* Complete general ward duties and respond to delegated tasks.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment.
* Uphold the privacy, dignity, and wellbeing of all residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
* Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Previous experience in aged care or residential care settings.
* Understanding of issues affecting older people and those living with disabilities.
