We are looking for a dedicated individual to work in our Contact Call Centre and Patient Coordinator teams. The ideal candidate will have flexibility with days, including Saturdays, and be comfortable working from home and at the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily clinic operations efficiently
* Cleanse and photograph patients prior to appointments accurately
* Process payments and make appointments with precision
* Maintain a clean and tidy clinic environment consistently
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls effectively
* Convert inquiries into appointments to meet performance targets
* Respond promptly to patient emails and SMSs
* Assist with administration and stock management tasks
About You:
* You should possess exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated with initiative and target-driven approach
* Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
* Able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
* IT savvy with ability to learn software packages easily
* Minimum 2 years experience in sales, contact centre, or customer service roles
Requirements:
* Dedicated and safe home office environment available
* PC with Windows 10 or above and Google Chrome installed
* Reliable ADSL/NBN internet connection established
* Reliable 4G or 5G phone reception guaranteed
