About the role
This is an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Industrial Equipment Hire sales professional to assist in growing and developing their Victorian operations, with a view to opening a new branch based in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs.
In this dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities throughout Victoria. Once sales reach a consistent level, you will then be tasked with staffing and managing a branch, ensuring all aspects of branch management are adhered to successfully. This includes being proactive in engaging with customers to identify and secure new business opportunities continuously.
Skills & experience

- Previous industrial equipment hire sales experience
- A thorough understanding of the equipment hire industry in Victoria
- The ability to coach, mentor, and develop people
