Operations Leadership Role
This position oversees and streamlines administrative and operational functions across clinical and non-clinical areas.
Culture & People Management:
* Drive a supportive workplace culture.
* Moderate personnel issues, mediate interpersonal dynamics, and coach staff through the emotional highs and lows of the veterinary industry.
Human Resources & Staff Development:
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and occupational health and safety.
* Promote retention strategies, employee wellbeing initiatives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Evaluate continuing development, coaching and mentoring of staff.
Operational Performance:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of finance, administration, IT, and facility management.
* Ensure the clinical team has the resources needed to succeed.
Business Strategy:
* Lead overall financial performance.
* Oversight of service delivery outcomes, workforce capability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strategic Partnership:
* Collaborate with the Clinical Director to implement business strategies.
* Coordinate quarterly reports for stakeholders.
Client Experience:
* Ensure the reception and front-of-house team delivers compassionate, high-quality service to clients in stressful situations.
