The Sales Coordinator provides critical support throughout the sales cycle for our industry-leading ERP solutions. You'll partner with the sales team to ensure proposals, quotes, and contracts are accurate and completed on time. You'll also be responsible for managing leads, scheduling demos, and coordinating customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead administration: Establish first contact, team scheduling.
* CRM administration & maintenance (HubSpot).
* Quotation administration: HubSpot administration; quotation liaison.
* Partner administration: capturing partner portal leads; team scheduling, partner liaison.
* Customer administration: customer liaison; license administration; quotation liaison.
* ISV administration: ISV liaison.
* Travel administration: travel organization for sales team.
