Supplier Manager
based in our client's Melbourne Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and strengthen strategic supplier relationships to support client delivery
* Oversee Supplier Relationship Management frameworks and governance
* Provide advisory support to key accounts (Platinum & Gold clients)
* Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to influence business and supplier strategy
* Partner with Sales, Solution Design, and Operations teams to drive supply chain value
* Support new client implementation and supplier onboarding
* Promote preferred suppliers and ensure strong performance & compliance
* Contribute to building a high-performing, consulting-style supplier management team
About You:
* 8+ years' experience in large enterprise environments
* Experience working with senior business stakeholders (up to MD level)
* Background in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, or professional services
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to translate complex commercial insights into actionable strategy
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in consulting, MSP, or global matrix organizations is a plus
