We're currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Civil Operator to join our Central Queensland Grader Crews, supporting ongoing civil maintenance and road construction projects across Moura and surrounding regions.

About the Role
You'll be part of a high-performing mobile team delivering road construction, grading, drainage and maintenance works for local government and private clients.
This role offers variety across multiple machines and potential pathways to upskill into grader operations.
Duties include:
* Operating water trucks, rollers, and other civil machinery safely and efficiently
* Assisting grader crews with formation trimming, haul road maintenance and dust suppression
* Daily pre-starts, basic maintenance, and site safety checks
* Supporting site preparation, traffic control and general labouring as required
* Working collaboratively with supervisors and project teams to deliver quality outcomes
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will have:
* HR licence (essential) – ability to float machinery or operate water trucks
* Experience operating rollers, water trucks, or other civil plant
* White Card and current driver's licence
* Grader experience or interest in grader operation (highly regarded)
* Commitment to safety, teamwork, and high standards of workmanship
