About the Role
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will:
* Develop new business in hardfacing, weld reclamation, and wear-resistant welded products and services.
* Sell to end users and distributors, providing expert product knowledge and technical assistance.
* Promote weld clad wear plate products and services.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Assist in shaping long-term business, marketing, and project strategies.
* Manage reporting and time effectively using tools like Word, Excel, Outlook (SAP/CRM experience desirable).
About You
* Trade certificate in welding (essential).
* Excellent knowledge of welding and cutting processes, consumables, and applications in engineering, fabrication, mining, oil & gas, or pipelines.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales and Account Management within an industrial market.
* Professional presentation, self-motivated, and confident in developing new business opportunities.
* Strong networking skills to build relationships with distributors and end users.
* Willingness to travel within your territory and work overtime as required.
