About The Role
In this pivotal position, you will work directly with the Principal to provide corporate services and administrative support while addressing business-related challenges. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of the school, supporting both staff and students.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Managing daily office procedures, including reception, correspondence, and maintaining school records.
* Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring.
* Assisting with budget preparation and overseeing financial matters such as accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
* Coordinating school resources, facilities, and minor works, including asset management and maintenance.
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and support school operations.
