About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial planning and reporting services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing finance team, providing strategic business advisory support and ensuring timely delivery of key performance indicators.
This role involves significant responsibilities in managing financial planning and budgeting processes, overseeing risk management, and handling cash flow and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Finance Team: Develop and lead a high-performing finance team, driving business growth through sound financial planning and advice.
* Financial Planning and Budgeting: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring timely insights and Board-ready outputs.
* Risk Management: Lead risk management processes, including insurance, compliance, and financial governance frameworks.
* Cash Flow and Investments: Oversee cash flow, investments, and funding arrangements, ensuring alignment with policy and performance benchmarks.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience: A minimum of five years' experience in managing a finance team and function.
* Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.
* Education: Tertiary qualifications in accounting (CPA or CA qualified applicants will be highly favoured).
