The Role
We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Midwife in a full-time capacity for our Surry Hills clinic. There may be occasional travel to other sites at Parramatta and Darlinghurst.
You will be joining a dynamic team environment and be responsible for the ongoing management of patient treatment cycles, including IVF, IUI and ovulation induction, as we help patients from all walks of life fulfil their dreams of starting a family.
Our commitment to quality and safety is our highest priority. Applicants in patient contact roles will be required to provide evidence of immunity against specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.
The day-to-day of the role involves:
* Patient education
* Cycle management
* Responding to patient enquiries
* Supporting patients throughout their fertility journey
* Once experienced – follicle tracking ultrasound and being part of the embryo transfer team will also be some additional skills that you will learn
Fertility experience is desirable but not essential.
Full training provided.
About You:
We are seeking a nurse who can demonstrate the following qualities, experience and relevant expertise:
* A minimum three years of experience RN/RM or EEN;
* Experience in fertility desired, or experience in and a passion for women's health;
* Current AHPRA registration;
* Highly developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
* A warm and caring approach.
