Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting Carpentaria's commitment to maintaining high standards of governance, compliance and workforce capability by ensuring new and current staff maintain up to date compliance documentation and complete ongoing relevant training to undertake their role. You will also support the People & Learning team in the coordination of staff development activities including the induction and orientation process.
The ideal candidate
* Qualification in Human Resources or similar and/or 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail with excellent recordkeeping and data management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ideally you will also have worked in the disability, health and community services sector.
