About the Role
Join the General Medicine team and be the hub that keeps the department running smoothly. You manage schedules, build strong relationships and ensure accurate, timely administrative support across the unit.
Duties
* Coordinate daily workloads and priorities
* Support Heads of Unit and medical staff
* Maintain accurate patient and department records
* Liaise with hospital services and teams
* Guide and support less experienced staff
About You
You are a confident and organised administrator who thrives in busy environments and enjoys supporting teams and patients with accuracy and care.
* Communicate clearly and work well in multidisciplinary teams
* Deliver accurate admin support with attention to detail
* Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
* Use Microsoft Office and office equipment with ease
* Handle confidential information with discretion and care
