Job Overview
Key responsibilities include delivering efficient and cost-effective management of the centres, protecting investment performance, ensuring tenancy and lease management, leading an onsite team, managing policies and procedures, preparing cash flow budgets, and providing regular centre performance updates with the client.
Responsibilities
* Centre Management: Deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the centres, including budgeting and forecasting to achieve strategic goals.
* Investment Protection: Position and protect the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the area.
* Tenancy and Lease Management: Ensure tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in accordance with relevant lease provisions.
* Leadership: Lead the onsite team consisting of Facilities Management, Marketing and Administration.
* Policies and Procedures: Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements.
* Financial Planning: Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance.
* Reporting: Conduct weekly site visits and provide regular centre performance updates with the client.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience: Previous Centre Management experience within a retail environment.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Adaptability: Ability to be dynamic in your approach and adapt well to change.
* Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations.
* Communication Skills: Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach.
* Requirements: A driver's licence/car and Real Estate Licence are required for this role.
