About the role
What will I be doing?
We offer a wide range of podiatry services such as:
* Routine podiatry and diabetic assessments
* Musculoskeletal and sports injury management
* Biomechanics, orthosis, and footwear consultations
* Pediatric to aged care assessments and consultations
* NDIS-related services
* Aged care support
* Community visits
Based at our main clinic in Port Pirie, you'll help us exceed client expectations across these areas, utilizing a work vehicle for off-site visits. We support additional services outside the listed areas and offer opportunities for student supervision.
Workload expectations
What will my first few weeks look like? How much work is expected of me?
Your first week includes orientation, online training, and setup for weekly supervision and wellbeing meetings to support your clinical development and workload management. We aim for flexibility, with no weekend or outside hours work expected. Your schedule can include clinic, community, and aged care visits, with referrals covering diverse podiatry needs due to our rural setting.

We provide multi-tiered support including:
* Regular clinical supervision (weekly for early career, flexible for senior clinicians)
* Wellbeing and workload meetings
* Fortnightly professional development sessions with physiotherapy team
* Mentorship opportunities
* $1,500 annual PD contribution
* Up to $10,000/year external scholarships for PD
* A large multidisciplinary team for inter-disciplinary learning
* Administrative support to reduce paperwork
We foster a supportive, social community with events and activities, and support your interest in specific podiatry areas.
Remuneration
What payment and entitlements will I receive?
* $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over two years ($2,500 at start of each year)
* Salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience
* Superannuation at 11.5%
* Four weeks annual leave and two weeks sick leave for full-time employees (pro-rata for part-time)
* Parental leave aligned with Fair Work SA guidelines (currently 20 weeks for full-time)

Skills and experience
What do you need to apply?
* Registration with AHPRA as a Podiatrist
* Ability to build rapport with clients and families
* Desire to develop clinical skills continuously
* Positive contribution to work culture and team environment
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Ideally 2+ years of experience (all levels welcome)
