We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dynamic team in the Hobart region. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with complex needs.
* You will conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement behaviour support plans, and provide supervision to Behaviour Support Practitioners.
* Collaborate with various professionals, including doctors, psychiatrists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to develop individualised participant goals and checklists.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualifications in Positive Behaviour Support.
* Strong professional experience in Positive Behaviour Support, including leadership and supervision roles.
* Demonstrated ability to prepare and finalise technical reports in a timely manner using high-level verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective time management skills, managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
