Oral Health Victoria (formerly Dental Health Services Victoria) is the leading public oral health agency in Victoria. We aim to improve the oral health of all Victorians, particularly vulnerable groups, and those most in need. OHV is funded by the State Government to provide clinical dental services to eligible Victorians. About the Role
We are looking for a Statewide Service Officer who will be the first point of contact for our consumers, playing a key part in shaping their experience with our services. You'll help connect people to the care they need by providing clear, compassionate, and accurate support.
Responsibilities
* Support consumers through a variety of channels, including telephony (inbound and outbound calls), email communications, and service desk environment.
* Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications
* Experience in a contact centre or fast‐paced customer service role, managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
* Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning new systems quickly.
* Excellent time management, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines, even in busy periods.
* Clear, friendly, professional communication style; skilled at listening, empathising, and providing solutions.
* Strong interpersonal skills, building rapport and trust with stakeholders and colleagues.
* Experience handling a range of administrative tasks, staying organized and focused while juggling priorities.
