About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced kitchen professional to join our team. This role offers approximately 30-40 hours per week, working set days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. You will be responsible for handling a fast-paced pub kitchen, confident with prep and service, and take pride in delivering quality, consistent food. Experience in a similar bistro or pub setting is preferred. A solid understanding of food safety and the ability to work both independently and within a team is essential.
