The role involves a variety of legal practice areas (may include worker's compensation, employment, wills and estates, insurance, child protection, family and general litigation - depending on skills and interest), has plenty of client contact, includes running cases from start to finish including mediations and court appearances.
This role will suit a practitioner who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in Civil Litigation
* Excellent written and oral communications skills
* Exceptional time management and time recording skills
* Being highly customer focused and committed to a timely resolution of issues in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
* Ability to work as part of a team in a collegiate office
* Strong ethics and care for your work and workplace
* Demonstrated history of Court room advocacy preferred but not essential
