Service Advisor Join a Leading Kubota & Merlo Dealership Supporting Queensland’s Construction & Agricultural Industries At Allclass, we pride ourselves on being responsive, friendly experts delivering peace of mind to our customers. As a proudly Queensland-owned and family-operated Kubota dealership with over 30 years in business, we continue to grow across the state with branches spanning from South East Queensland to North Queensland. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and has a passion for delivering exceptional aftersales support. As the key link between our customers, technicians, and parts department, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring service jobs run smoothly from booking through to completion. About the Role Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing customer service enquiries over the phone, face-to-face and via email Booking and coordinating machinery servicing and repairs Creating and managing service repair orders Liaising with technicians regarding job progress and timeframes Communicating repair updates and recommendations to customers Coordinating parts availability with the Parts Department Processing invoices and explaining charges to customers Assisting with warranty administration and service documentation Managing multiple jobs and customer interactions simultaneously Identifying opportunities for preventative maintenance and additional service work Maintaining accurate customer records within dealership systems Supporting a safe and organised workshop environment About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Administration, or customer service role A mechanical or similar trade qualification or mechanical aptitude/ exposure to machinery, automotive, agriculture, construction, or heavy equipment industries Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy A proactive and solutions-focused mindset Confidence working with computer systems and service software A commitment to teamwork and delivering excellent customer service Why Join Allclass?
