Job Title: Financial Transaction Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payments and manage vendor relationships
* Monitor and investigate system integration and transaction exceptions
* Manage internal and external transaction queries and provide advice
* Develop and deliver educational material for financial processes
* Creation of reporting and data management to deliver visibility of spend and user behaviors
* Assist with identifying, developing, planning and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounts payable/procurement/purchasing function
* Qualification in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience (desirable)
* Understanding of financial principles and AP processes
* Understanding of SAP (legacy systems) and Concur (desirable)
* Analysis and data visualisation
* Experience with AP technology and high-level computer literacy
* Priority and time management skills
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
