About the Role
We're looking for Graduate Electrical Engineers who are curious, motivated and excited to learn. You'll join teams working on the electrical and digital systems that power Australia's critical infrastructure, including:
1. High‐voltage power systems and substations
2. Protection and control engineering
You don't need prior experience in these areas — just a willingness to learn and a passion for solving real‐world engineering problems.
Our two-year Graduate Program is dedicated to nurturing the early stages of your consulting career.

Key Responsibilities
8. Learn and contribute to electrical designs, schematics and technical documentation
9. Support senior engineers with modelling, calculations and design reviews
10. Assist with data analysis to help inform engineering decisions
11. Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other disciplines
12. Help maintain quality and compliance with relevant standards
13. Gain supervised site exposure to understand how systems operate in the real world
What do we need from you
Who We're Looking For
14. Available to start in February 2027
15. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or Electrical major within Mechatronics)
16. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in infrastructure systems
17. Enthusiasm for learning about power, control, automation or transport technologies
18. Full working rights in Australia
