Product Lead
A commercially savvy product lead is required for our Bulk Liquids portfolio within the Trading department.
Responsibility for the full commercial lifecycle includes global sourcing and supply chain management, marketing, sales execution, and portfolio profitability.
* Maximise revenue growth through retention and expansion of existing product volumes and introduction of new products.
* Negotiate advantageous cost positions and working capital terms with suppliers and across the supply chain.
* Monitor S&OP alongside market supply and demand dynamics to optimise volume and margin for each product and shipment.
* Maintain current market intelligence across all products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth.
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform product development and pricing decisions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a commercial or trading role, with a strong understanding of markets and customers.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
