About the role
Predominantly based at Fairfield with regular travel to Epping, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Dealer Principal and assist the broader Executive Team as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Management of email, diary, and other incoming correspondence
* Diary and calendar management including meetings and travel arrangements
* Preparation of weekly and monthly business and executive reporting
* Support internal and external communication initiative, including social media
* Assist with construction related projects including liaising with suppliers
* Act as primary contact for business utilities and service providers
* General administrative and organisational tasks as required
The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone highly organised, commercially aware, and naturally proactive.
You may come from a PA/Executive Assistant background, or bring experience from legal, consulting, or business operations environments.
You might have automotive dealership or distributor experience, although applicants from other sectors are encouraged to apply.
Most importantly, you are someone who thinks ahead, exercises sound judgement, and takes ownership.
The logistics of this role are best suited to someone living in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Required Attributes, Skills and Experience
* Anticipate needs before being asked
* Bring strong common sense and sound judgement to decision making
* General business intelligence with the ability to understand and analyse data
* Strong IT skills including knowledge of AI and its use in business applications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Advanced organisational and time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
* Tactful and diplomatic with the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
* Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and good attendance record
* Current driver's licence and ability to access key work sites (Fairfield, Epping)
Hours and Benefits
* Monday to Friday - 8:15am to 5:30pm
* Some flexibility is required for corporate events etc.
* Salary: Negotiable based on experience, with $75K–$90K + super as a guide
