Marketing Professional Sought
We are seeking a driven and data-savvy marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Advisor. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be the key link between our team and our Franchise Owners in NSW & ACT.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generalist marketing with project-based experience, strong stakeholder skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse state and franchise business data and competitor activity to inform messaging and channel strategies.
* Manage the publication and activation of new show homes, including photography, virtual tours, and launch events.
* Develop tools and training programs to empower Franchise Owners in local advertising and community engagement, including information seminars.
* Develop state referral partnerships and tools for local lead generation.
* Consult with Franchise Owners to develop tailored local area marketing plans.
* Create product, inclusion, and upgrade point-of-sale materials.
* Activate owned channels (website, social media, email, show homes, POS) for state and franchise use.
* Liaise with state developer marketing teams.
* Amplify national campaigns at the local level, collaborating with Franchise Owners on paid channel top-ups.
* Manage agency and production partners for local campaign execution, including property portals.
This role is based in our office in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast, offering a hybrid working model (2 days in office, 3 days WFH). Regular interstate travel to NSW and ACT will be required to support our Franchise Owners.

* You must have strong stakeholder skills and ability to build rapport and influence Franchise Owners and manage multiple agency relationships.
