Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors HCM Lead
This role aligns human capital technology with business strategy across diverse operations in Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
The SAP SuccessFactors HCM Lead delivers functional leadership across SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll solutions, ensuring consistent alignment between system capabilities and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely support to HR, Payroll, and Shared Services teams for SAP ECC HR/Payroll during the modernisation program
* Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules, integrated with other HCM systems
* Produce and maintain functional specifications, business requirements documents, and solution designs across multiple SuccessFactors modules
* Conduct unit testing and oversee system integration testing to ensure delivery standards are met and risks are mitigated post-deployment
* Lead documentation efforts, ensuring knowledge is clearly captured and transferred for operational continuity
* Execute and support delivery on change requests, enhancement projects, and annual SAP patching activities
* Partner with business teams to design data structures and master data frameworks that ensure consistency across disparate platforms
* Analyse and document both current and future-state business processes for HR, Payroll, and Shared Services
About You:
* 5–10 years hands-on experience with SAP HCM/Payroll solutions
* Demonstrated functional experience in Australian SAP Payroll
* Certification in SAP Success Factors and SAP ECC Payroll (AU or NZ) modules
* Extensive experience in system implementations and IT Production Support
* Solid experience in End-to-End product lifecycle maintenance (patching, upgrades, DR etc.)
* Reporting experience using BI/BO, Fiori, or HANA
