We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Business Manager to join our retail sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales – ANZ, this role holds end-to-end responsibility for Bulla’s Woolworths account across branded and private label portfolios. You will lead customer strategy, commercial planning and execution, while owning the financial and operational outcomes of the account. This is a senior role suited to a proven FMCG leader who thrives in complex retail environments, is comfortable operating at pace, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset to identifying and unlocking growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
* Own and lead all commercial, sales and account management activity for Woolworths
* Drive distribution, ranging, pricing, promotional planning and trade spend management
* Deliver sales, GMC and market share targets in line with company objectives
* Lead customer planning, category reviews and joint business planning
* Develop and execute account-specific sales and marketing strategies
* Manage and develop direct reports and influence broader field sales execution
* Champion safety, food quality, DE&I and ethical business practices
* Represent Bulla as a trusted, strategic partner within Woolworths
What You’ll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field are desirable, or equivalent practical experience
* Significant experience in FMCG sales, either as a National Business Manager or Senior Account Manager managing major grocery retailers
* Detailed knowledge of retail grocery market
* Strong financial acumen, forecasting and trade spend management capability
* A clear understanding of the ACCC guidelines in relation to customer pricing agreements
* Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrated success driving sales growth, innovation and continuous improvement
* Ability to influence internally and externally at senior levels
* A customer-first mindset with strong ethical standards and resilience
* Current driver’s license and roadworthy vehicle
